You feel like you're taking on your weight in wildcats. It's a fine time for pouncing upon spontaneous opportunities. Life takes on a more exciting hue - soul mate may be just around the corner! Focus on universal appeal. Lively Aquarian says, 'We can do almost anything we decide to do!'
What a month this is turning out to be. Those are excerpts from my horoscopes today. I really love them because they can be sort of an inspiration and self confidence booster. If it seems like my day will be good because of what my horoscope says, I will be much more inclined to take the risks that almost always roll in my favor. After the Bucs and the Gators lost this weekend, along with a few other minor tragedies, I feared that this might be an uneventful week, but I encouraged myself this morning to take full advantage of the opportunities around me, mainly the girls. I've done my best to enjoy every single one of them all day long. Wow!
I'm really excited about Tama. She's perfect, well almost. I found out that she smokes, Malboro no less, but I also found that I could quickly learn to accept that. I was going to call her before I left so that we could walk to class together but I lost my nerve. I'm so fucking afraid of seeming 'out of line,' whatever the fuck that means! I hate it when I do that. The only real reason we went to class was to turn in an assignment that was due today. While we were in there, before class, we talked to a few new people near us. There was a cute blonde who sat right behind me who I talked with. I asked her what Girish taught last Wednesday but she didn't know because she left, too! Tama and I turned our papers in and were gone before class even started. We went to the computer lab to send our programs to the grader and to get the new assignment. There was another guy in there from class who came in with us to do his entire program.
I then figured out a way to send messages from computer terminal to terminal. I sent stuff like 'Hello' and 'Kiss my ass!!!' to begin with and she thought it was funny and wanted to know how to do it. She then sent this to me -
Tama: This class is boring.
Me: so
Tama: Why don't you do something about it?
I was overcome. Definitely overcome. We then were talking and sending stuff at the same time. She laughed and said that she feels like she's in the movies. I asked her why and she said that this whole scene, a guy and a girl typing messages to each other like this, seemed like something that would happen in a movie. I really liked her comparison. We then were messing around so that she typed in:
Tama: Fuck you!
Me: when (she laughs)
Tama: Not now, I have a headache. (I laugh)
Me: Can I get you a Nuprin (she laughs again)
I was worried for a second that she was typing in that she has a boyfriend, but I really don't think she does, or I think she would have brought it up after what we were saying. We also were talking about our weekends. I'm glad now that I went to the parties so I had stuff to tell her. She was away in Jacksonville for some Sorority thing and it poured the entire time. Actually it has rained so much there recently that there are huge floods that are up to the cars' taillights in residential areas.
Anyway, she was telling me how she couldn't sleep last night and thus was up early this morning at six and made her roommate breakfast. I told her that the next time she was up, she could come down about six floors and make us breakfast. She laughed like I didn't have a chance. She also was saying how she and her roommates were going through a cleaning stage yesterday and were cleaning up everything in sight. So I told her that the next time she was in the mood to clean, she could come down about six floors and clean our room. It was funny this time because I said it the same way that I did the first time. A few minutes later she mentioned that on Friday night she was totally wasted. I couldn't resist so I told her that the next time she was wasted, she could come down about six floors and..... We both started laughing. Actually it's seven floors, but it would have been less funny if I had corrected myself.
On our walk home, I had to get my bike so she tells me that she really hates it when she has to walk with someone while they are riding a bike. Smartass! I then told her that I was about to call her before class but decided against it. She said, 'Oh, I see, so I'm the one that has to always call you, huh?' and I agreed that she was right. I told her that I was only kidding though. She said that she was still in a daze on the way to class after waking up and said that she probably wouldn't have talked much. But still! Just thinking about what we said to each other today is very stimulating. i wonder if Tama is an Aquarian. Get it?
The weather is still cool. It's a dry cold today so it is much more bearable. I wore jean shorts, a tank top, and flip flops. My roommates are Jon, Ed, and Chris. Jon and Ed just asked me what I am doing. Jon said that I am writing my award winning journal. Jon then asked if he could have my autograph now, because I'll probably never talk to them again when I'm successful. Thus I put in that sentence just for them. Anyway, I got plenty of attention for my lack of clothes. It did warm up like I figured and I got to tell lots of people that I became conditioned for the cold while working at Busch Gardens last winter.
On the way to Physics, this girl in tiny, tight, white shorts was riding her bicycle up to the racks. If that wasn't enough, when she got off, she stretched her leg back very slowly, and really high, as she got off. That was a view if I've ever seen one. YUM!!! It was a very good way to start off the morning. I then met up with Farnaz as I was walking into class and we went down and sat together near the front. This girl that I flirt with, and flirted with today, was just to our right, and there were two really cute girls in front of us. The better looking one kept turning sideways to talk to her friend, and sometimes all of the way around, and I always made a point to make sure that we made eye contact. Fun, fun. I told Farnaz how I tried to call her Friday afternoon, but she had already gone by then. We were joking around quite a bit and I walked a little ways with her after class, until I finally turned back to go get my bike.
I then had an even better time in German. I walked with Jon towards class because he has history class in Little Hall during fourth period. We were a little early which was good. There was this really cute girl standing outside who must have been late for class and was waiting to talk to the professor because she is usually in there during third. I sort of flirted with her while we were out there. She has gorgeous legs and after the rest of this mornings events, I was really horny. Maybe it has something to do with the cool weather.
I made sure that Fran‡oise and Melissa's seats were open when they came in so that we'd all be sitting together. Before Melissa came, Fran‡oise and I talked all about the weekend. She said that they went surfing because Clearwater had the highest waves she's ever seen because of the storm. She also knew a guy who's expensive house on Indian Rocks Beach had its roof torn off by that big tornado. She said that she had a really good time. She also was happy that the big bruise on her leg is looking better. She got it one night when she was drunk and ran into a fence. I told her that I would still be hiding it if I had something that ugly on me. She always kicks me in the leg while we're sitting there in class, so after she came in I went and pulled a chair in front of her for her to keep her feet on. She then said that she was bored so she was going to draw on my leg instead. I thanked her for wanting to give me bruises and ink poisoning. It was funny.
When Melissa came in I turned to her and found out what was up. When I did, Fran‡oise immediately turned and started talking to some people on her other side. She normally wouldn't talk with them, maybe it was because she knew that I was going to turn my attention to Melissa when she came in. They don't really ever talk to each other, or even listen to each other when one is talking to me. Fran‡oise said goodbye to both of us at the end of class and Melissa seemed a little surprised. We asked each other about our tests back on Thursday and then she contradicted something that I said. I then pretended to bitch at her for always contradicting me. She said that she doesn't so I told her that there she goes again! It was funny. I then asked her why I always have to pry stuff about her personal life out of her. I don't really, I was just being difficult in a sarcastic way. We laughed and were on really good terms for the rest of the class. I even had to share my book with her. She looked really cute today. Her hair was waving up and over her face, and every once in a while she'll give me one of these quite little wry smiles that are really sexy.
What a day!!! I even saw that girl today that I met and talked to at orientation. She has class right next to my German class. What a coincidence. I wonder if I'll get the chance to talk to her again. I'll have to go back and reread my journals and find out her name.
Luck to me.
