March 31, 1993 - Wednesday - Do I still love Jen?!?

March 31, 1993 - Wednesday, Mittwoch
Emily and I just parted for the evening. She'll get frustrated and stressed as our chemistry problems get harder, and will all of the sudden leave in a hurry. Sometimes it's annoying because I won't know if I've done something to offend her, but I think she just gets frustrated with herself. She almost wanted to change her major th other evening, because it only gets harder, and it took me a little while to hopefully convince her not to.

Anyway, I went to German today and sat between Jennifer and Fran‡oise. Jennifer has been unbelievably friendly lately. We were joking around all through class. Elaine asked me a question once but then quickly asked somebody else when she saw that I was laughing away with Jennifer. She was also doodling on my arm. I made some kind of mistake and Jennifer told me not to worry, because she still loves me. She asked me a little earlier if I still loved her, but I don't remember exactly why. It was funny, and weird. She got really hyper towards the end of class. We talked some on the walk after class, too.

After calculus, which has seemed so easy lately even though this is the hardest material, I went to chemistry lab. It started raining just after I got there, and Emily arrived quite late. She came in soaking wet because she went biking through the rain to move her car. She looked pretty cute soaked down like that. She was wearing a white T-shirt and it showed through. She wears these cute little lacy bras with very thin straps in the back. You know, why overdo it when you don't need much support anyway! That's mean!

We talked and played around a lot as usual. We talked a little about the concert. She did mention that Cindy and I really seemed to hit it off there. Glad she noticed. That was kind of the point...

March 30, 1993 - Tuesday - Emily, late talk, Eagles

It's a beautiful, hot, sunny day outside right now. The trees are finally green again, and there are stunning girls laying out everywhere. My social problems class just got cancelled, and I was thinking that I might take the time to enjoy it. Instead, I wholeheartedly decided that my latest feelings about Emily must be told before the memories of them fade away. I've had a very busy schedule lately, but fun nonetheless.

My first inclination Sunday night was to go to a classroom and study, without any interruptions from the rest of the world, but the prospect that either Kimmeth or Emily might call kept me home. I worked on chemistry for a while, and Emily did indeed call. She came over about half an hour later, and we studied for quite some time.

I had baked a chocolate cake with milk chocolate frosting topped with M&Ms on Saturday. I wouldn't let Karen or Kelly cut it for fear that they would eat it all! It had yet to be cut when Emily was over. I told her that I baked her a cake, and she was really surprised to see that it really wasn't cut yet. It was really funny. She joked that she gains more calories in my room than anywhere else. She has fun doing so, though. I was thrilled to learn that my cake came out deliciously!!! She exclaimed that it was so moist, and tasted so good! It was, in fact, some of the best cake I've tasted in a long time. She kept saying all of the things that are usually wrong with a cake, and how mine wasn't like that. Chris also said that it was delicious, and moist, too. I was really happy!

Anyway, I found out more about her personal feelings and thoughts that night than ever before. We started talking about the problems between men and woman, and how they pertain to us. I personally believe that the biggest problem is that we don't communicate well enough. If everybody could truthfully tell each other how they feel about each other, then the world would be an entirely different place.

I found out that Chris, Emily's little freak nerd friend, has expressed an extreme liking for her. He has practically given her an ultimatum to go out with him. She thinks he's a freak. She says that he can be really sweet, but he's the ultimate social outcast. She says that she never has a good time with him in public, and he is very undecisive. She ended up saying that she really hates him, but doesn't want to completely blow his feelings out of the water. He's causing her a lot of stress, and I've been trying to comfort her through it. She also knows my opinion of him.

Anyway, Ed then comes in, and I brought him into the conversation. We had our first late night roommate talk in a long time. I recalled the times that all four of us would stay up until three in the morning, sometimes with Valerie, just talking about life. It's been a while. We had a really good discussion just about the way things are between men and women, about love, and sex. I found out that Emily has no attraction to Nick whatsoever, but he's a good friend and is there when she needs him. I was very relieved to her so, because he worried me. She also restated her hatred for Chris. Ed started some kind of bullshit saying that it really sounds like she likes him, and she and I just looked at each other and almost laughed. He kept telling her that she should try and overlook his faults because people can't be changed. I started getting really pissed at him because he was trying to undo all that I have worked for towards her entirely ditching Chris. I think he finally got the fucking idea because he tried to redeem himself by telling her to get rid of him, because she obviously doesn't like him.

He then kept rambling on and on and we really wanted him to shutup. She had some really good points during the conversation though. It seems like she doesn't really want to date anybody right now. We were talking about meeting people quickly that want a relationship very quickly. She then said that it's a lot better in classroom situations, and then she referred to me, where you get to slowly know the person. She was also talking about how some guys that she really doesn't want to be with will always ask to see her during a meal. She views that as a more private time and doesn't like it when they try to force themselves on her just because she has to eat, too. She also again expressed her dislike of guys that are completely devoted to a girl, because it removes all of the mystery.

Emily used to have a `problem' of constantly talking about lots of other guys to her guy friends. Even when there is no romantic interest, a guy doesn't really like that. She has toned it down a lot, and has admitted doing so. Ed started cutting her down for doing it. She retaliated by telling him that she shouldn't have to hide interesting parts of her life just because she did it with another guy. She then said told him that it's perfectly all right to tell Chris that she had a really fun time with Dan on Sunday night, picking an arbitrary day. I still felt special, though.

We finally got back to doing some more chemistry, and she then went home a little bit after two.

Chris and I went and finally bought groceries yesterday afternoon. I had coupons, so I bought the ingredients for two more cakes. I also bought more Oreos and Cool Whip, for Emily and I. Chris had to carry a couple of letters to the mailbox in the commons when we got back, and I went with him. I always look into the study lounge to see the cute girls! Right at the table by the door, sat Emily! I was surprised and wondered why she was there. I figured that she called, and then studied there until I got back. I figured that I'd leave her alone until we had carried up the groceries and unpacked them. To my surprise, there was no message! Ed then decided to leave to study. I walked down with him to see Emily, and to make sure that he didn't sit with her. It turned out that she saw Jon leaving, and he told her that I was shopping, hence no message was left.

She asked if I wanted to play pool and I said definitely. I rented the only remaining unbroken Q-stick so that nobody would get it while we were upstairs, and then left it in the lounge with Ed. We went up and she helped me to finish unpacking my groceries. She said it was fun looking at all of the stuff I bought. She asked for a piece of cake, and we split a drink. She beat me three times, but I only have about three or four balls left nowadays. On one shot, I called a pretty hard combo. Not only did I make the combo, but I sunk two more of my balls as well!!! That was awesome, and she saw the entire thing!

We then played table tennis. She beat me when we played real games, but not by too much, considering that the only time I had ever played was once at the beginning of the fall semester. She then played the piano while I practiced. She is literally awesome. She took lessons for thirteen years until her Junior year in high school. It was really beautiful listening to her play, and she seemed to like the attention. She played a couple of love songs from the radio. We then would play short games of table tennis in between. It was fun.

We later went back upstairs and talked for a while. She organized a group of people to have spaghetti at her house tonight, and then go see the Eagles concert. An opening came up and she told Chris about it. She really regretted doing so. I didn't want to rush and say that I'd like to go instead. I didn't have to, because she soon asked me if I wanted to go. She said that she'd call him and try her hardest to get him not to go. She handled herself very well, and ditched him very efficiently, for tonight at least. It's really cool because I'll be with her now. There are lot of guys going, but still. Maybe I'll make some beneficial new acquaintances. She was asking me how exactly to make spaghetti, and I volunteered my services. We're meeting in a little while to get the groceries and head to her house to make dinner. It will be fun spending the day with her again.

I'm meeting her outside of GPA right after sixth period. Her biology lab and my class both end then. I have to walk all of the way there again since mine was cancelled. It really sucked. I did meet this one girl who I had been looking at in class, and we talked for quite a while. We've already promised to talk again on Thursday, so I'll see. What a week? The endless summer is back!!!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's just past 11:30 in the night right now, and I just got home from Emily's. Here's how my day went:

I walked again to the front of GPA with my bags when sixth period should have ended. I sat around the rock, looking at the gorgeous girls that practically live in that area between classes. A little freak preacher guy walking around talking to people sitting by themselves. I was ready to tell him to fuck off, but I instead laid down and `slept' for a little while. He didn't bother me either. Emily soon rode up. Her lab was let out early, and she had been off playing pool. Scum. We then went to her car parked way across University Avenue. Her mother was going to pick up the sauce and dessert for our spaghetti dinner, but we had to go to Albertson's to get the rest.

We had a fun little time shopping. I used my superb produce selection skills to help her find quality vegetables for our salad. She just wanted little shitty iceberg lettuce, but I insisted on a real head of leafy lettuce, which made a very nice salad. We then walked around getting all of the other stuff, playing around a lot in the process. I figured that I'd better have fun with her now, before all of her men came over. I vowed to actually befriend them and have a good time. I remembered a couple of essential things that she almost forgot, such as the garlic bread, which she was very glad I remembered. We then went to her house and listened to music and messed around for a little while.

When her mother came home, we met, and talked for a few minutes. She seemed a lot less `confident' than I suspected Emily's mother to be. Her dad was the same way though. I found out from Emily a little earlier that they own three additional houses that they rent out. Real estate, I'm impressed. She then went into her office and tended to her business, leaving us alone, which was cool. We browned the five pounds of hamburger, and added almost four jars of Ragu sauce. We also added pureed canned tomatoes, and lots of spices. We were just going through her cabinet, oregano, garlic, cinnamon, and more. I thought the cinnamon would add a bit of sweetness, and it worked very well. Our sauce turned out to be awesome considering that it's made from Ragu. We were really proud of ourselves. We then cut up all of our salad stuff and made an awesome looking salad. We also heated the bread in the oven, and I sliced it. We set up the tables on the patio in two groups. We talked and relaxed all the while, having a pretty cool time. I also met Tommy, her brother.

At six, we changed into our better clothes. Jonathan and Rick, whom I have met in the Plaza of the America's came in first. This surfer guy named Pablo showed up, too. I went on the patio and talked to Rick and Jonathan. Rick turns out to be a graduated aerospace engineer from Purdue, but he is taking mechanical engineering at UF because he can't get a job!!! He says there are people much better than him that couldn't find jobs either! It sucks for Jon. I told him that my original declared major was aerospace, and Rick told me to definitely find another route. Jonathan is a mechanical engineer. Pablo and Emily came in and sat down, Emily next to me. We had a generic little conversation. It turns out that out of all eleven people, no more than two knew each other before this, which was pretty cool. That way nobody felt alienated by everyone else already knowing each other. We were all in the same situation.

Valerie, a hot blonde, showed up. She instantly looked at me and exclaimed that she recognizes me from somewhere. that was cool. I asked her where she went to high school. She said Rio. I guess I obviously don't know her from before college. Her father as in the military, and she has lived all over the world. Her parents live in China right now, which is where she will be over the summer. She has no idea of what she wants to become, and I tried to help her a little, but she ended up deciding that she will just marry a millionaire. Emily kept offering and getting a cupful of lemonade for each of her guests. I laughed and said that I would like a cup, too. I was nice and got it myself, though. As soon as I was back on the porch, I sat down and drank some of my drink. Emily came back in and sat next to me again. She picked up my glass and took a big swig, and thanked me. It was funny, and Valerie laughed.

We served the spaghetti pretty soon, and I sort of nicely forced my way into the seat I wanted. You could tell that Pablo wanted to sit with the cute girls and didn't want to really associate with the rest of Emily's friends. Instead, I got to sit with Emily and Valerie, across from harmless old Rick. Dinner was really good and everybody seemed to like it well enough. This girl named Cindy also came. Emily said that I wouldn't like her because she is fat, but she was barely overweight and was actually somewhat cute. She's a middle class country girl, and she's already 28! She works in the pediatrics division at Shands Hospital, which is how she knows Emily. Cindy sat with Emily's family and this gay guy named Farell. He would have been much better off if Emily hadn't of told me. We served turtle cheesecake for dessert. It was really rich.

We then headed out to the Eagles concert. Emily and I went in the back seat of Nicks car. We almost left without her because she ran back in her house without telling anybody, fortunately I saw her. Dipshit Pablo jumped in front of me and took the fifth seat by Emily in the top half of the ten seats. Shithead. I got to sit next to Cindy. Farell then showed up, and I knew that he would want to sit next to Cindy. that would put me on the end with him being the only one to talk to. there's no way in hell I'd let that happen, so I made him sit on the end. Good move. Cindy and I had a grand old time during that concert! We laughed and talked constantly. It was really cool. Farell was all alone with nobody to talk to or dance with. When we'd do a line dance, there was no way in hell that I'd put my arm around him, but definitely around Cindy! Morally, one should realize that just because you're a guy, doesn't mean a fag is going to be attracted to you. Fuck that!!!

While we were sitting, Valerie, who was behind me, ended up with her legs split around my back. It made for a comfortable backrest, and a beautiful one. When we were standing, screaming, and dancing, my arm would continuously brush against Cindy's tits right across her nipples. If she wasn't aroused by that... It was really interesting. I looked for a wedding or engagement ring and found none. She later stood up onto the seat in front of us. It made her about as all as me. I helped to keep her up, essentially letting me put my hands all over her. Fun fun. Emily would talk to everyone periodically, which was cool.

The concert itself was awesome. I recognized all but two of the songs, and knew most of the words! They sound much better in person than on the radio, and they sound damn good there! The bass was awesome, too. This was actually the first real concert that I have ever been to in my life!!! and it was a fun one. Thanks Emily!

After the concert, and after it was time for all to go, Pablo gave me a ride home in his noise piece of shit Volkswagon.

March 28, 1993 - Sunday - Fuck up at TJ's, Emily

March 28, 1993 - Sunday, Sonntag
Well, I just screwed up something fierce! There was this really beautiful ethnic girl dancing at TJ's with her friend. They looked very european, and she had green eyes and freckles. Beautiful. I had just come back from getting a drink with Ed and was starting to dance again. They were behind me and Jon stated looking at me telling me to dance with her. He kept pointing at his eye. I just figured he wanted me to dance with her because she wasn't yet taken. I just fucked around, not doing much. She even came around, and danced right in front of me. I got scared and waited too long. Ed put his hands on her waist and dance for about twenty seconds, until she looked at him, and spun away. This big goofy looking jock then made a serious pass at her and she fled. I was fucking pissed!!! Jon later told me that she was giving me the eye while I was in front of her, and really looked interested. He said that he even tried to push us together while we were dancing. I really missed what good of been an amazing opportunity. I have been `depressed' ever since we got home.

I remember waiting for her to look me in the eye when she was in front of me, but she didn't really. If she had, I might have pounced. Fuck! I know how I am when I show interest in a girl, I don't really smile much and try to be casual. It seems like she did the same. Fuck!!! Fuck!!! Fuck!!! That really sucks!!! I also saw Derek there.

Besides my little failure, life seems to be pretty amazing and wonderful again! The weight of the world was lifted off of my shoulders the instant that I turned in my sociology term paper. It felt so good. The entire ordeal seemed to fall into place rather well. Emily had a lot to do with my paper coming out professionally, though. She's been a really amazing influence on me lately, and I am very grateful. I find it amazing that I am this attracted to a girl that I can't have sex with.

March 24, 1993 - Wednesday - Emily, Date, Dan Quayle

March 24, 1993 - Wednesday, Mittwoch
Well I'm skipping classes right now to do work. Oh what hell! I will be so exasperatedly happy when I turn this paper in and am finally free. Emily and I are going to go to Chili's to celebrate one of these days. I saw her yesterday morning in Chemistry, and we screwed around a lot. I didn't want that to be the end of our day, so I asked her if she were going to see Dan Quayle tonight. She said that she didn't know, but will call me. I missed a social at Joe's Deli for my new national honor society, èHä, waiting for her to call. I guess she misunderstood when I said to call BEFORE six. It didn't matter though, because I was buy with my term paper. She showed up instead at seven. We messed around for a few minutes and I got ready to go. She had left her car parked on the sidewalk downstairs. You could see two cops blocking her in with their lights flashing, but they had just pulled over a car. Besides Emily had her hazards on. I looked in the car, and it was Jana and Gina!!! I laughed and went on my Merry way with Emily. There were no parking spaces so we drove to this family's house that she knows from Church. We then walked back to the O'Connell Center. It filled up quite a bit, and there was security everywhere. I really respect Dan Quayle a lot, and find the press very stupid for making fun of him the way he did. It was just a bunch of shit because they didn't like him. Poor babies... I really enjoyed his speech. When he arrived we gave him a standing ovation, and he joked that he had prepared a non-partisan speech, but guessed that he could just throw that away. He was pretty funny. I was extremely impressed. He spoke in my direction for a long time, and I'd swear that he looked at me. I was an obvious standout, right on the edge, with my really pretty dolphin shirt on.

We left before he started his proposed town meeting. There was a UF baseball game going on and we walked over to take a look. I could barely see the scoreboard, but it looked like eleven to zero! I was depressed because I didn't think our team was that bad! I then hoped that I just couldn't see right because I wasn't wearing glasses. We asked a group of security guards about the score, and he said that we were winning!!! I asked her if she wanted to go, and she said yes, because she's never been to a game before. There were so few people, that the security guard actually let us sit in the comfortable reserved section up front. We had a pretty cool time. We won 14-4. It was the most ridiculous baseball game I had ever seen!

We then walked back to get her car. We never did tell the family that we were parking there, and they didn't recognize her new car, thus they called the police!!! It was funny. It was funny to them afterwards, but she was really embarrassed that they would tell her parents. We drove around for a few minutes until we decided to eat at Steak and Shake. We had a really good meal, and each had a pretty big shake that was really good. We then went to Players, her little pool hall. I enjoyed myself and felt pretty confidant because she pretty much talked only with me even though she knew a lot of the people there. There was a really hot girl there, almost as tall as Emily, who would show off her awesome body by bending way over when she would shoot. I remarked about respecting her form, which got to Emily a little bit.

March 21, 1993 - Monday - Emily, The Crying Game

March 21, 1993 - Monday, Montag
I just got finished working on about ten pages of my term paper that's due on Thursday. The entire week in general really sucks. I've waited far too long to call Kimmeth, but will wait until Thursday evening after this so called hell week is gone. It will feel so good to relax, if even for a day.

Well, I've found an ever greater friend in Emily over the past few days. I called her Friday afternoon, just to say hello. She still wanted me to come along with her, but I held my ground, playing hard to get. She said again that Chris would be the only one that she would really know, and thus really wanted me to come be with her. She said that the group was supposed to be having dinner when I called, but obviously they weren't. We talked a little bit longer and I reconfirmed our date for Sunday.

Karen showed up for the weekend on Friday afternoon. She didn't bring her friend Kelly with her though. I was sad. I did get to talk on the phone with her again for a long time that evening. She needed some real convincing on whether to come up or not. She had a test on Tuesday, and just got back from Atlanta. She called and told me early Saturday that she couldn't make it but possibly will later. I told her that I was sad. Karen did tell Chris and I that Kelly is `bigger' than she is! Darn. We were openly guessing the size of her breasts. It was funny, and she seemed to enjoy having us look at her tits.

Chris found out on Thursday that his summer trip to Greece had been approved, so he took me out and bought me pizza. We ran into Cecil and Dave, and then went to Cecil's trailer to eat. Friday night, we rented Faces of Death and My Cousin Vinny, and ate a whole shitload of snacks from the GPA vending machines. Cecil and Dave came over with beer, and then ran off to a dance at the Orange & Brew. Jon took Karen to see The Crying Game that night. She really didn't like it, but Jon did.

Jon and Chris both took part in the VISA international talent show. Karen, Ed and I went and really enjoyed the show. I flirted as hard as possible with the few good looking girls there. There were a couple of extremely gorgeous exotic ones, and I was really impressed.

Emily called before one on Sunday. Said she was going to Church and then coming over, but came straight over instead. I had to hurry and get dressed while she sat in the living room watching TV. We ate the last of the Oreos and cool whip, and then went to Burger King to study. I just wanted to walk to GPA, but she wanted to drive. She almost forgot gas again, so we stopped on the way. We studied forever at Burger King, eating every once in a while. We then came back to the room at 6:30. She took a little nap on Chris' bed while I listened to music. Chris found her again and got pissed off. I teased him that he lets Cecil and Ed do it. He says that he doesn't like that either, and asked when did Ed sleep on his bed? We then went and saw The Crying Game. It really freaked me out again. I still think its a really good movie despite the perversion. We had a pretty good time.

March 18, 1993 - Thursday - Emily Elise Weber, EEW!

I woke up pretty early this morning to stand in line to sign up for a room next year. There wasn't ever a line, so Jon and I ended up going down at about 9:15, just a few minutes before third period. We picked room 904. It's a bit higher, which we feel is better, it's on a corner, and it should have a beautiful view of the girls in the field because it's on the other side of the building! There also is no RA on that floor. We were just glad that we are finally assured of a room in Beaty next year.

I then walked to chemistry, just a little late. I saw Emily locking up her bike, and I walked over to meet her. We joked around a little bit, and then we read the newspaper. Since it's taboo for us to converse about the weather, I opened to the weather page, and started acting all interesting. We both cracked up. We talk more about the weather nowadays than we ever would have if she hadn't of said that it's a sign of two people not having anything to talk about. After class, I walked her to Biology. which was her last class for the day. I hoped that she'd come by afterwards. She mentioned studying chemistry, and then said that she'll call me later, and I told her to just come over.

A little while later, just before sixth period, she hadn't showed up. I went walking with Chris and Ed to their classes because Chris wanted to treat me to lunch. I told Jon to tell Emily that I'd be right back if she showed up. He laughed and said that it's very unlike me to leave when I'm expecting a girl over. Yeah it is! I was back in fifteen minutes with my salad, cheeseburger, and Cokes. Jon told me that Emily called. I just sighed. She wouldn't have called if I had stayed. He said that she said that she'd call back. She did about fifteen minutes later. She wanted to know if I had ever picked up my notebook, and I said no. She said that she was just walking around in the bookstore waiting for me to get home, and would get my notebook and then come over. I was happy.

When she showed up, we watched some TV and ate Oreos covered with Cool Whip. It was really good. She had a big glass of milk. We joked around a lot. We then came into my room, and used my computer for a few minutes. She was really tired, and I told her to sit down on Chris' bed. I was looking at some of the songs she had recorded on her tapes last night, and a lot were off of old tapes that I have.I leant her George Michael, my older Garth Brooks CD, and a couple of other tapes. We listened to a lot of slow relaxing songs on the Cd player. She laid down on the bed, and I sat in the chair right next to her. We kept joking around. She started going to sleep. We talked softly for a long time before I let her rest for a little while. Chris came home and woke her up a little while later.

She kept mentioning roller skating, and how she invited Chris, but really wanted me to coma along as well. I didn't even want to pretend that I can still skate, so I declined. But we do have a date to see The Crying Game. We also had a nice little rag session on her friend Chris. I told her how much of a loser he is and all, and how much I dislike him. She also looked at my photo album while we listened to Garth Brooks. It was really interesting, and a lot of fun being there alone with her.

One other thing. I'm pretty pissed off about the GLSU (Gay and Lesbian Student Organization). I think it's very sexist. Gay stands for both male and female homosexuals. It used to only be called the GSU but those dirty nasty dike feminists had to add there name in as well. I think it should be changed to the FLSU. Faggots! Get it?

March 17, 1993 - Wednesday - Emily!, No gas!, Sugar!

Well, Emily and I have had our first real experience together. It was quite an adventure, to say the least.

She started out by pissing me off a little last night. She told me where she'd be studying, but then ended up studying with a nerdy little freak named Chris. I guess he was there solely to help her out, and the Calculus I needed to study was a bit further ahead than hers, so she was doing us both some good. I guess. I talked to her for a few minutes there. I mentioned some things called T's and B's, which are certain types of unit vectors in Calculus. He sort of snickered and said that he'd teach Emily about the birds and the bees! It took a few seconds for my mind to believe that he even said that! In the mental state I was in; stressed, tired, and dazed, he's very lucky that I didn't kick his ass right then!!! I couldn't help to think about how little he knows Emily.

Anyway, I went and studied in my little hole in the corner of the same floor by the stairs. I prolonged my studying until they left. She stopped by, whistling as she walked up. I kept a very casual attitude, not saying much except goodbye. I went home and had a long talk with Chris about her rejecting me, and about how much fun it would be to beat the shit out of something right now. It's been such a stressful time lately, despite Spring Break. We also were talking a little more seriously. We also joke about Ed being very young in his sexual experience. We then were reminiscing about the old days in our youth when just a brush against a girl's arm sent a chill down your spine, leaving you happy all day. About the days when you would make out in a movie theater, which was the `ultimate' place of passion. That kind of stuff. We were thinking that maybe we should just slow down and retry some of these old simple, yet wonderful things. I have always enjoyed this, but it was really fun convincing a person like Chris to agree with me.

Anyway, I chatted quite a bit with Fran‡oise again today in German. It was funny how I was debating over whether to walk home with Fran‡oise, or Jennifer today. It turns out that the three of us walked after class together, which had never happened before. It had been raining all day, and continued throughout the evening. I had to walk through a lake to get to Calculus. I met up with a guy from Calculus and we talked about being ready for the exam.. I didn't finish the exam until three, right when lab started. I walked slowly through the rain, arriving late, but not really caring.

When I got there, Staci walked up and said, `Hi Dan!' with a really big smile. That cheered me up. I walked straight to my station, waiting the very few seconds that it took for Emily to say hello. We then started messing around. She was wearing a green shirt, St Patrick's Day, and soccer shorts. She had called me earlier today to ask a favor, but ended up having to go home anyway, where she changed into her wet weather clothes. She was also wearing these really awesome sport sandals that I was looking at in a sporting goods store once. They are really nice and I would love to get a pair. We built molecular models today in class, and then had to fill in information about them. It was easy enough that I had plenty of time to walk around and flirt. Staci kept pressing herself, especially her breasts against me. I guess that it's so noticeable because she is shorter and very perky, thus hitting me right on my arms and sides, right where I'd notice it the most.

There is a gorgeous Spanish girl in the lab section across form us. She is almost directly across from Staci. She reminds me of a shorter, yet much prettier Marcella, and sometimes I have to look twice to make sure it's not really her. I looked up once while sitting with Emily, and noticed her looking at me. We proceeded to flirt every once in a while throughout the rest of the class. Damn she was hot!

Emily did something wrong on one of the problems, and this guy named Matt called her stupid. He thought it was funny, but she frowned saying that she didn't like him anymore. I quickly seized the opportunity to be there for her. We put our arms around each other and I walked her back to her station. It was really sweet. We enjoyed ourselves a few more times throughout lab, although it did start getting rather tedious towards the end. We were pretty glad to get out of there. It was still raining when we left lab, so we had to pull out our rain gear. I had feared for a large part of the day that she would be doing something with freak, I mean Chris, after lab because the little shithead use to wait outside for her. I was ready to walk out of lab on her if she did say that she was doing something with him. A small bit of hope lurked in the back of my mind that she is only mainly using him to learn Calculus. Even though it's evil, I hope she did bad on it. Little did I know that we would be spending the evening together.

She realized that she had to go to the bank before going to her car so that she could pay the parking fee. I asked if she'd like to borrow five dollars, and she said yes, obviously glad that I had offered. I asked her if she was going to drive me home, and she said of course. We then went splashing through the puddles on the way to her car. It was better for her because of her sandals. We decided that we wanted to play some pool at my dorm, but then somehow decided to go to her house first. I think she wanted to pick up a dry and warm change of clothes.

She lives pretty far off of campus, but her house is really nice. I didn't realize that Gainesville had such a large area of nice houses. I guess I have only seen the poor side, and the country side. I was very impressed. Her brother was there, asleep. We didn't turn on any lights, walking around in the dark. It was very pretty on the inside though, with lots of large windows. They have a pool in the yard, and a cool sunroof in the living room that sounds awesome in the rain. She says that it's a pain in the ass when you're trying to watch TV, though. We played with her dog for a while. It's a big gray poodle. We were sitting on the kitchen floor, and she was hugging and kissing it. She said that she'll kiss that dog much more than she'll ever kiss any guy. I asked her if she ever eats after her dog, remembering Valerie eating after her cat. I view dogs as a bit cleaner than cats, but I still find it very disgusting. She said that she does. She tried to gross me out by telling me that her brother will collect a bunch of saliva in his mouth, and the dog will drink it out!!! It worked! I feel sick thinking about that right now! She said that the dog doesn't like her saliva, though! That's a gross relief!

We ate some tortilla chips in the car, and were going to stop at a bank to get money to go to dinner. All of the sudden, her gas hit empty and we were coasting along a pretty major highway. I told her to quickly pull into a Hardee's driveway to get out of the road before we lost momentum. She got a little giddy so I guided her through everything, like keeping her foot on the brake until she put the parking brake on to keep us out of the busy street. We tried recranking it a couple of times because there was a Mobile gas station down on the corner. She said that she has done this before, so I let her walk to the gas station, through the rain, to buy some gas. I met her on the road, giving her my umbrella, while I took the can. I took a lot of precautions not to get any water into the gas tank and stuff like that. It still wouldn't crank. She said that she had heard about pouring gas onto the carburetor to make it start. I told her that it would probably blow up on us, and we nixed that idea.

She had a really weird gas door that opened upwards. You couldn't poor very much of the gas from the can into the tank because of the weird angle. After a while, we backed it into the street, to see if it would crank on level ground. We then pushed it up the road a block onto a flat driveway. We sat in the car for a while talking and joking around. We thought it was funny that, despite the situation, we were still having fun. I admitted that we do seem to have a lot of fun together in normally depressing situations, including chemistry lab.

We decided to get something to eat at this restaurant that we were parked at. I had $2.50 and she had $2.00. We walked up towards the restaurant, and for some reason put our arms around each other for a second, saying that it would be all right. We kept them there while we walked for a surprisingly long time. It was longer than I would have expected us to do it. When we saw the restaurant, I was immediately disgusted. We were standing there joking about everything wrong with the place. When they asked if they could help us, we started laughing. I quickly suggested that she ask for a phone, and she called AAA.

We then decided to walk back to Hardee's instead. They had these value meals for about four dollars. There was a black guy taking orders, and two younger cute girls just cleaning things up. It was funny when Emily asked them if they could cut the sandwich in half, and then had to pool our money together to pay for it. We were cracking up at the absurdity of the whole evening, and the girls were looking at us pretty funny. Emily went to the bathroom. As I sat the tray down, I noticed the tow truck go by, and we then ran to the car. He sprayed lubricant into the carburetor, sort of like the stuff I keep in my car. It cranked right up. We laughed and then drove to the gas station to return their can. She, wanting to prove me wrong, asked the old man behind the counter if you could indeed poor gasoline onto the carburetor. He said yes, and she was all happy, giving me a slight punch in the arm. The younger mechanic who had overheard the conversation then cut in saying, `Yeah, but it might blow up in your face!' We started laughing and I rubbed in the fact that I was right, too. It was pretty funny.

We then drove back to Hardee's and ate our meal. We talked and joked around for a while. We stopped by the bank afterwards, and then headed over to Chili's for a big dessert. When we got there, it was unexpectedly crowded, and we were way underdressed. We checked out this little movie theater, but nothing good was showing. We proceeded to drive through the Wal Mart parking lot. I joked about running in, only because father and I had gone in the other day. She actually agreed. We were going to go in to buy some sweets, and then go back to our room to eat, have beer, and then play pool. We went in and looked around for a little while. We were having lots of fun. She said that she felt young again, and was having a lot of fun. I seem to have to have a talent for bringing out youthfulness in women. It was pretty neat. We talked a few minutes about how sometimes simple pleasures are the best.

We decided to have milk and Oreos, and pudding. I figured that since we needed milk, I should make fresh pudding, so we went to the grocery store. We bought double stuff Oreos, a gallon of milk, a large tub of cool whip, and a container each of pistachio and chocolate pudding. She said that she felt like a little girl again coming to the store with her grandmother who would buy her sweets that she wouldn't normally get. She also says that her family usually drinks powdered milk, making fresh milk a treat. It was fun.

We came back to my room really hoping that nobody else was there. Unfortunately Chris was there, and I introduced them. We got there just in time for a little pizza party Mia was throwing in her room. We walked over and got a few pieces. There were a lot of cute girls there, but I went back to Emily. It was funny because I kept hinting for Chris to go study somewhere, but he wouldn't. We wanted to watch a movie, and chose My Girl. I had seen it, but said that I hadn't. We had milk and cookies first. I then made the pistachio pudding, serving a big bowl full to each of us, topped with cool whip. We then each had a Moosehead, thanks Melissa! Chris finally went and studied in his room, but would come out for long periods of time and watch the movie from one of the stools. It would have been a lot more fun alone!

My eyes started watering a tiny bit, as did hers. Her face then became red and she did let out a few tears. I kept smiling and she would blush even worse, telling me not to look. It was really cute. I admitted a little while later that it moved me, too. Ed came in as we were leaving to go downstairs and play pool. I made a couple of good successive shots, but played rather badly. Chris even wandered down a while later and played table tennis. This really annoying guy that likes Ed kept talking to us, but I wouldn't have much to do with him. After about five games, she decided that it was finally time to end our experience, and I walked her to her car. It was a rather interesting evening.

March 15, 1993 - Monday - Emily, Fran‡oice, Kim

March 15, 1993 - Monday, Montag
I talked about everything to do about Spring Break today with Jennifer and Fran‡oise before German class began today. Fran‡oise was almost as dark as me. We were also talking about the test that we took before the break. David was also there. Jennifer said that she could feel the flames all around her while she took that test, referring to how hard it was. I told her to stop making fun of David!, that he's not a flamer. It was funny, and he luckily didn't hear me. Jennifer is a real homophobic, good girl. Fran‡oise was later talking about how she stayed at the beaches during the daytime, and then went clubbing in Tampa at night. I was about ready to jokingly ask her if they went to Tracks, the gay bar that Kimmeth has been to. I thought it might be inappropriate, so I didn't say anything, and I also figured she wouldn't know what I was talking about and I didn't want to explain it. It turns out that she did go to Tracks!!! She claims that they went to straight night, but still! David, Pong, and I all caught on instantly and started ragging on her. It was pretty funny.

She mentioned that this Sunday is her birthday, again. I agreed, and said that it's on the twenty-first. She was saying that we should all sing and talk about her birthday all day next Monday like we did mine last semester. I walked with her and Pong after class. Jennifer had something else to do, and Christina didn't show up today. Steve looked like a fool because he moved across the room, and saved a seat for her. He ended up all by himself and I silently laughed.

I ended up doing a little worse on my test than I had hoped, because I only studied that morning due to my Chemistry test the night before. Actually, it was because I was playing pool with Emily afterwards. I got an 86%, which is still pretty good compared to some of my tests last semester and I still made an A. I'm doing very good in there this time around. I really thought that Noel and I fucked up on the orals. I was really scared when Derek only got an 86.5%, because I thought that he and Jennifer had done a pretty damn good job. I ended up with a 91.5%!!! I was pretty happy to get an A, my highest oral grade so far! It's funny how things work, and how a little personal conversation can seemingly help one's grade out a bit. I later found out that I only got an 82% on the Chemistry test, compared to Emily's 70%. I'm so very happy to have that one hundred to fall back on!

Emily came over at about 8:30. She always walks in with a bag of food from Burger King. She bought me a little hamburger, and I graciously thanked her. I had a Pepsi along with it, and gave her some lemonade. We had planned on studying Calculus, but we ended up watching TV and fooling around instead. Stacy called me right after she came over, but we got off of the phone pretty quick. He said that he'd call me back tomorrow. Emily kept saying that I really do look black! Ed had compared Chris and I earlier, and although Chris came back pretty dark, Ed said that I still edged him out!!! Emily kept playfully beating on me, and ended up finding out that I am ticklish. Instead of hitting her back, like I would my lovely sisters, I would wrestle with her leg until I could untie her shoes, or something silly like that.

Somebody on TV was talking about not having his own doctor. I looked at Emily and said that she does, referring to her daddy, and she smiled proudly and agreed. I then muttered that it's a shame he's not a plastic surgeon! It was mean and she really beat me for that one, but I told her that's why I said it in the first place, to get back at her for hitting me. She was talking about wanting to have some red highlights put in her hair. She has really nice light brown hair with blonde highlights already. I complimented her on it, and on the fact that it's gotten much longer since the beginning of the semester. I told her that I really like it and she shouldn't change it. She said that she saw a show where some women were getting it done, and also had a dream about it. I also pulled the little saying that she has something really nice about her, and she wants to go and change it. It was pretty much the same argument I used to talk Kim ut of cutting her hair way back at Busch Gardens. It worked, she said that she wouldn't get it done now, just for me...

We kept joking around about a lot of stuff we say on TV. I expressed my liking of Niki Taylor who was in this commercial. She hit me and said that I'm not aloud to be so open about it. I told her that she does the same thing with guys, and we `argued' about it for a few minutes. I also had her looking at my new pictures. We also were comparing tans. She went to Crescent Beach one day, and got the tiniest bit darker. She didn't even want to compare our arms, but we did anyway. We were talking about her tummy being burnt again, but she said that it's better. We kept joking that we really should be studying, but we never got around to it. She still has no electricity or water in her home, so she had to be at the place where she is spending the night be eleven. It's the family's house that she babysits for. I walked her down to her newer station wagon, and we said goodbye. It was a fun little relaxing evening.

Speaking of dreams, Kim and I have been joking a lot about rejection lately. She said that she had a dream after we were first talking about it on Sunday. She was back working at the florist shop, and was flirting with some guys that came into the shop. They came out and told her that they were more interested in this other girl, and she told them to fuck off. It was pretty funny. She said that as soon as she woke up, she thought of me. We talked a lot about that, and found a lot of ways to joke about people's fear of rejection over Spring Break. It was an interesting topic. She was also talking about wanting to get a dog, because they are loyal...

March 14, 1993 - Sunday - Spring Break, Kimmeth!

Well, Spring Break began and ended perfectly! Now then, let me tell you how...

My family arrived on time at ten in the morning last Sunday. I was pretty surprised. I was doing laundry at the time to take some of the burden off of mother. She greatly appreciated it. We all then went downstairs for a little while and tried out our awesome new pool tables. There was hardly anybody else on campus, and the rec room was empty. I checked out both tables and we all played. Father was actually still pretty good. He was about a perfect match for me, and I did end up beating him. He also thought it was neat that we had new table tennis equipment as well. We left him and Chrissy to play while we went upstairs to make lunch. I cooked a pretty big one, and everybody was full by the time we were finished. After Chrissy washed the dishes, I treated them to a campus tour.

We walked to the natural history museum up the road and they liked it a lot. We really had fun looking through the drawers in the specimen viewing center. I was flirting with some cute girls in there, too. We then walked down Museum Road, and I showed them how far it used to be from Beaty to my car. We then waled to the little nature area out by Lake Alice and took a picture. I then led them down Fraternity Row. There was a basketball game at about that time, and they were everywhere! We then walked down Stadium Road and through the part of campus with all of the buildings. We took a couple of pictures near Century Tower and the University Auditorium. They still think it's neat that we have our own tennis courts out in front of Beaty.

We then headed home. I called Kimmeth almost as soon as I walked in the door. I had half-jokingly told Rebecca that I planned on seeing The Crying Game with Kim, whom had already seen it. After talking for quite a while, she thought that it would be fun to take me to see it. I thought it was cool how well my `plan' worked out. Mother didn't want me to go so late, since I hadn't tried out my car yet. I was somewhat pissed, because she always ends up letting me go, and it takes away from the little time that I have to get to Kim's. thus I told her that I didn't have time to whine about it, and I got to go! They even leant me some money!

Rebecca had told me about the scene where they show a penis up close, and I kept asking Kim about what was going to happen, and to please tell me so I could cover my eyes. Even after everything that Ed and Becky had told us, they succeeded in giving away absolutely nothing about the movie. Kim seemed to just snicker when I thought I knew something. The movie did turn out to be awesome, and it did twist and contort your views about a lot of things! It was amazing how they would lead you up to something and then completely blow apart your perceptions about it, leaving you plenty of new ideas to ponder over. It was brilliant, yet pretty blatantly disgusting! It has been billed as, `The movie everybody is talking about. but no one is giving away its secrets.' And they couldn't be more right!

I think it sort of messed with Kim's mind again as well. We couldn't stop talking about it on the way back to her house. I was sort of bad though, because I made her buy her own drink and popcorn. She was laughing and trying to feed it to me during the movie. I vowed to redeem myself before the week was over...

I took a fun little trip over to the Personnel Office at Busch Gardens. They actually let me do an interview while I was there, which I wasn't really dressed for. It turned out to be the same woman that interviewed me back at Leto, who I really liked. She told me that, although I was good in being organized and trying to get it done early, that it would be better if I waited until May to reapply. She did give me a summer employment form, and I have a filled out application, which was pretty much all I really had expected to get done over Spring Break. Thus I was happy. I took a look at the Kumba on the way home, and took a picture as well. There is a 110 foot drop that was designed by an Air Force stunt pilot! That fucker is monstrous!!! It spread out forever when looked at from the North side of the park. there were huge loops of all sorts everywhere!!! As I drove by to the West, it spread out again just as much as it did from the back!!! That will definitely be an awesome ride!!! I hope to ride it as soon as I can get into Busch Gardens for free! I really can't wait!!!

I ended up going to Sand Key on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I now regret not going on Wednesday as well. It was a beautiful week, the best beach days that I have ever experienced. the water was a little too cold, but beautiful. There were awesome shells everywhere that had yet to be picked through by the tourists. Best of all, were the gorgeous girls!!! It was so awesome flirting with them on the beach. I had an awesome time!!! I relocated my car on the last two days into spots where other people had left, and ended up with three free hours of meter time each day. That was really cool. I have an awesome tan now!!! I can't wait to hear everybody's reaction! I even took strolls down the entire length of the beach at various times. I couldn't believe the gorgeous sexy girls that laid out in front of the hotels further south. They seemed to be the rich ones, and I was in love!!!

I only wished that Kim could have been with me. I called her Wednesday night and invited her along if she felt like it one day. We then ended up talking for quite some time. I was just thinking about how awesome and valuable her friendship is to me, and how thankful I am to Busch Gardens for putting us in the situation of getting to know each other. Boy fate is wonderful! I just realized a word that describes how I feel when I think about her... bliss. It turned out that she called me soon after I left for the beach on Friday, wanting to come along. I very much regret that missed opportunity. It would be so easy for me to hit on her there, because I feel so comfortable... a walk on the beach... shell hunting... and all of those other romantic things that can be done on a beach. I could easily of asked her to do any and all of these things with me.

I called her as soon as I got home that night. Thankfully she was home, for that evening would turn into one of the most perfect dates in my life... if only she could know. We talked for a while. She said that she was thinking about ditching the bar scene for the evening and doing something more casual. It sounded a lot like, and I would like to think that, she was really saying that she wanted to do something with me and thus was ruling out everything that I couldn't get in to! She has a new friend named Angie, and they had mentioned doing something that night. She told me that she'd call me back in a little while, after seeing what Angie wanted to do.

Oh yeah, that reminds me. kim was supposed to go to the Strawberry Festival last Thursday with Mark, and it never happened. I don't feel threatened by him at all anymore, because I know her too well now, but I thought it was funny. It gave me a good laugh. A storm does seem to be brewing, though. I'm not sure how bad it is. It's with this guy named Brad who owns an Art Gallery downtown. She says that he seems to like her, and has already cooked her dinner once, and is always really nice to her. Fuck. But maybe not.

My parents took off to the grocery store before Kim called back. When she did, we talked for a little bit more. She asked me if I had eaten already. I did have some black eyed peas and rice when I got home, but I said no anyway. I was still hungry because that was all I had eaten all day. She asked me if I had any preference about where to eat. I said that I really didn't matter. She seemed a little surprised and asked if i'd like to go to Chili's. I said yes and she seemed pretty happy. She wanted to have some `frajitas' as she calls them, although I'm not sure where the `r' came from. I joked with her about that later, but I told her not to stop because I liked it. I also referred to her saying `necked' for naked, and she did end up saying that later in our conversation. It's really cute. She said that maybe I could get dinner, and she would pay for a movie. I said whatever with full intentions on paying for the entire evening.

I dressed up somewhat nicely, in my good jeans (my `lucky' jeans from Mardi gras!) and my new shirt from the Oaks Mall. I didn't tuck it in, and also didn't shave for fear of taking off a layer of my red skin, but I still looked much nicer than usual. I then headed off to her house. I made it rather quickly, and walked up to the screen door as she was putting on her shoes and socks. I opened the door and walked in, saying hello. She was saying something as she finished tying a shoe, and then looked up at me. She busts out with, `You look like a n.....!!!' and we both laughed. She then said that she doesn't use that word very often, though. It was really funny and she then really complimented me on my tan. I instantly thought back to my journal way back, when I wrote that my goal was to become that dark!!! I guess I have accomplished another major goal in my life... however, I would like to continue this one.

She then looked at what I was wearing, and apologized for her outfit. It was a darker tie dye shirt, and shorts. She said that she wasn't sure how I would dress. She then said that she would have worn her new dress, the flowered one that she bought for Jim's wedding in April. I told her that I would wait, and she rushed into her room to change. I felt special that she was wearing it for me. I later told her that it was bad luck to the couple if you wear a new dress before the wedding. She jokingly said that she didn't care because it isn't her wedding! Her mother walked out while I was waiting for Kim on the couch. We said hello, and she asked, `Dan from Orlando, right?' and I laughed and quickly corrected her. Kimmeth then walked out in her dress. She looked quite good! Her mother then had a fit, acting all excited because Kim was actually wearing a dress, and then saying that she was going to run and get a camera. I laughed with her, but Kim seemed a bit pissed off. She told me later that her mom has always done that to her, ever since she was little, even though she does wear dresses more often than her mother claims.

We headed over to Chili's in her car. I played with her Mardi Gras beads on her rear view mirror. We were talking about them, and I said that I'd give her another out of my car when we got home, but I was distracted. She said that she doesn't think she'd flash anybody for them, she would rather just go up and take them. She was cute.

We walked into Chili's, and I was quite impressed. I liked it much better than Bennigan's, although I didn't eat there. It could have had a lot to do with the many, many gorgeous girls eating there! It was Friday night, and they must have been mainly from USF. There were definitely some pretty hot babes, even the bartender was gorgeous. I mentioned that to Kim, to get back at her little like of male bartenders. We were joking around quite a bit while waiting for our table, having a good old time. I noticed that the waiting couch had an opening, and I asked her if she'd like to sit down. She hadn't seen it, and we rushed over and sat down. We talked about a lot of stuff, as gorgeous girls with awesome bodies were swarming all over. A group of four sat on the couch next to me, the one closest was in a very revealing black dress. She was playing with the ends of her long dirty blond hair, and would accidentally brush her hand against my leg as I was talking to Kim. Ouch!

She mentioned still wanting to get a chili pepper tattoo, and pointed out a spot on the back of her waist more towards her right buttock. We were also checking out all of the chili pepper decorations and antiques that they had collected to decorate the restaurant. It was pretty cool. It was a great atmosphere, which made it that much better than Bennigan's. We also had a pretty cute waitress, and a bunch of cute ones running by all of the time. We were led to our table, she sat down and scooted over, and I sat in next to her. For some reason I sat across from Melissa that one night at Cafe gardens, and I will always wonder if that night would have gone better if I had sat next to her.

Damn... it's really stressful thinking about her again, wondering if I will ever get a letter, or if I should write first? I was also thinking about Sharlene from Busch Gardens for a little while yesterday, just reminiscing.

Anyway, Kim ordered a glass of tea, and I ordered a Coke, and then saw that they served milkshakes and quickly changed my order. That was probably one of the best things I did that night. It was a two dollar milkshake, but was the most delicious one I had ever had. I never thought that anybody could make a chocolate shake that tastes that good! It was poured into a huge clear glass beer mug, as was her tea, and when they got to the top, they kept going. It was then doused wit chocolate sprinkles. Kim dipped off a bit with her finger to try it and also liked it a lot. We ate a lot of it together, sometimes she would use the spoon, or the straw, and then we'd trade off. It was really fun. She asked me what I was going to drink if I was eating my dessert now.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and swiss cheese on a sourdough bun. It came with curly fries. She ordered her beef frajitas. I was pretty impressed with the way that they were served. the large strips of beef were sizzling on a hotplate on top of sauteed onions. The soft shells were in their own little dish, and there was a separate `toppings' tray with guacamole and everything else. She later asked for some salsa, which they brought out in a small stoneware bowl. We both started eating and my sandwich was delicious. I would have enjoyed it so much more if I were starving, though. She made a frajita, and after taking a bite, she offered it to me by holding it up near my mouth. I took a bite, and it tasted OK for semi spicy food. I was just happy that we're to the `eating after each other' stage. I gave her a bite of my sandwich, and shared some fries. It was an awesome meal, and well worth my money.

I remember looking at her at one point during dinner, and thinking that I can't even imagine kissing her! I respect her and worship her so much that I don't know if I could ever start it. It scares me, even thinking about it just because of things we said in the `old days.' I am just so afraid of jeopardizing my most valued friendship because of a physical act!!!

We talked a great deal throughout dinner, laughing and joking. I was finding flaws in the waitresses, and we were saying that they just couldn't compare to her perfection. Kim is thinking about buying a computer as her next major purchase. She doesn't really now of my computer knowledge, but she was asking my help. She has two invoices from two companies, who are both giving her a pretty great deal. Her computer will be a hell of a lot better than mine, for the same price, but without my essential CD Rom. She wants it because a computer is almost essential for somebody who is thinking about a graphics design career. She said that her school in Ft. Lauderdale should automatically give everybody a computer upon graduation. I told her that they would have to raise tuition to cover it though, and then I/we hit upon a great idea! What if a university were to charge each student an additional $250 or $500 per semester for example. Upon graduation, if the student receives a 3.0 GPA or above, he will receive a full refund of the money as a graduation present or even a nest egg to help him on his way out of college into the real world. Students with a 2.0 through 3.0 would receive half of their contributions

This would be an awesome incentive program for America's students and would make them try harder to be more successful. This might actually result in many more superior students coming out of college into the work force and bring us to par with other countries. There are a lot of details that have to be worked out. For example, this program should only apply to undergraduate degree seekers, not somebody who is only taking a class to take a class, and etc. This program would also bring in a sizable amount of additional spending money. The interest of all of this money alone, accumulated from each students during the four or five years it takes for a degree, in a school of 35,000 students such as UF, would be a great benefit to the school. Also, the money withheld from the underachievers could be used towards school projects as well. Brilliant!!! We both really liked the idea, as did everyone I have told it it to so far.

Anyway, we continued our awesome date until we were finished with our dinner. We were hanging on each other a lot, touching each other quite a bit to emphasize points. We then walked to the car to find out the movie times. There was thunder in the background and the sky was lighting up purple from the lightning, The movie wasn't for an hour, so we walked into Kash and Karry so she could buy a few things. It was funny because we walked through the doors laughing really loud, all dressed up. It seems like everybody in the front of the store looked up at us when we walked in. Down one of the isles, I guess this guy looked at Kim, and she turned to me and asked if I was going to let him look at her like that. I said definitely not and made like I was going to kick his ass, and we laughed.

We then went back to the car, and decided to drive to the theater. We had to kill about thirty minutes in the dark car!!!!! We watched the lightning storm and talked a lot. We were both laying back as far as possible in our seats, and I started leaning pretty far towards her towards the end. It started raining as we sat there. She told me that she was thinking about Jim, the guy getting married, because he used to be one of her roommates. She wondered if he ever liked her, because whenever she would introduce him to someone like MAx, he would be friendly, but not really say much. I saw an instant parallel to the way that I react when she talks about her ex boyfriends,a nd started wondering what she was getting at. She mentioned that this was when she hadn't dated anybody for a year, after Max. I thought to myself, that she stopped seeing Max just a year ago from now! and wondered if she was talking about her feelings now!!! Just from the things she was saying, it really seemed like she could have been asking about me...

As we watched the lightning get closer and closer, they came on the radio with a warning about the horrendous storm coming into Tampa off of the ocean. They were saying to stay home or to get inside as quick as possible if you were outdoors. They also said that if you were in a flimsy structure, to get to a more sturdy building. The warnings called for ninety mile per hour winds!!! and went from a tornado watch to a warning!!! while we were in the car. She was a little concerned and asked if I thought that we should go home. I told her that it would probably be safer to go to the movie, so that we wouldn't be driving in the storm, and the theater was probably sturdier than her house, anyway. Since it was a storm line, I figured it would pass over in the two hours of the movie. She said that she would get out and walk around with the umbrella for me. With my new chivalric savior faire, I gently took the umbrella from her, walking around to her door. I walked her up to the theater and purchased two student tickets. We saw Bill Murray's new film, `Mad Dog and Glory.' They showed Uma Thurman's breasts, which were really cute.

I did keep listening for tornados during the movie, and was waiting for the power to go out. The movie did come off of the reel once, and it took them a while to fix it. It was still raining pretty hard after the movie, and I walked her to the car. I was keeping the umbrella more over her, not wanting her to ruin her new dress because my height was letting too much rain hit her. She sarcastically told me that I could squeeze under the umbrella with her, and we walked together to the car. She got in and reached over, opening the door for me. I really like it when she does that. That's the second time. Last time was at Wendy's after Busch Gardens one night last summer. On the drive home, we could see that the worst of the storm had indeed passed. there were fallen branches and debris everywhere! The roads were covered with water and it was hard to get through without sending it spraying everywhere.

We both got out and opened a half of her gate at her house so that she could pull in her car. We then walked inside her house and talked for a few minutes. She asked if I wanted to stay a while to wait out the storm. I didn't want to call home and wake everybody and also didn't want to really worry them if I was any later, so I had to go. I forgot my new CDs including Enya. I would have definitely stayed if I had them with me. That would have been cool. She walked me to my car with her umbrella, still in her dress. I couldn't help but wonder what underwear she was wearing!!!!! We said goodbye, and she said that we'll talk tomorrow.

I made it home safely. It was good because there were very few cars on the road. Chrissy was asleep waiting for me on the couch, and I snuck in scaring the crap out of her. I was loud enough to wake mother and father up. I ended up talking mother all about my date then. I really wanted to call Kim and tell her that I made it home safely, but I was afraid that she was probably asleep.

The storm line was the beginning of the `Storm of the Century!' There were horrendous wind that continued even into today. Areas flooded everywhere. All of the main bridges over Tampa Bay were closed most of the time. The Sand Key bridge was one of the first to go under water!!!!! The poor beaches!!! It was weird since I was there just the day before! There were severe blizzards throughout the country. the meteorologists said that we were lucky that the storm wasn't in a cold month like January! they showed pictures of snow on the ground in Tallahassee!

The storm kept both Kim and I at home yesterday. I called her after I woke up from my nap at 5:30 yesterday. We talked well over an hour until it was time for me to eat, and because her grandmother had called. We were talking about the US Virgin Islands. She was talking again about wanting to go there with Lucinda again for a while. She told me that I need to have my parents send me there as a graduation present. She said that I'll possibly have a place to stay, so that I wouldn't have to pay those high room rates. We were also talking about Friday night. I asked her if I told her how much I really liked her dress, because I really meant to, and she liked that. She did spill a bit of salsa on it at Chili's. Poor Kim.

She said that she realized as I was pulling away, that she should have told me to call her when I got home, to make sure that I was safe. I told her why I didn't, and she said that she wasn't asleep. It feels really good to have somebody not in my family who cares about me like that! She also told me that we'll have to go to dinner every time I make the Dean's List. I told her that I'll print up a Dean's List of the week for every week on my computer!, and she laughed. She told me that she talked this morning to an ex of hers named Dan. She told him all about Friday night, and about being with a guy she knows named Dan. It also felt good to earn a spot in one of her stories. From the way she described his reaction, it's the same as mine was when I found out that she had once dated someone named Dan. It was funny. She said that he teased her about liking them young again. I told her that there is nothing wrong with liking them younger, and she said that she knows!!!...

I talked to her a bit longer, before we had to go for a while. I think she was going to a little festival thing at Brad's (faggot!) gallery (I want to burn down the fucking place!) later that night. She was going to call me back, and might have, except Stacy called for a little while, and so did Mema. Stacy just arrived before the storm began on Friday for his Spring Break. He was sort of sad to hear that mine was over. I talked to Mema the entire time. She told me that I should write jon a letter soon, with instructions up here so that he can help me take all of my stuff home. She also was telling me about the foot of snow in Atlanta! and the eighteen inches in Dalton!!! Oh yeah, I called the room in Gainesville for a second, and Jon answered! I just wondered if anybody was there, and far fetchingly wondered if it were snowing. He laughed at me.

Father and I packed the car with all of my stuff and were ready to go by 9:30. I said goodbye to Chrissy and Cathy and mother,a nd we were on our way. He wanted to stop by Granny's on the way, as did I, so I told mother that we wouldn't call until he was ready to come back home. that way she wouldn't expect us in gainesville in a few hours. It worked. It was amazing to see all of the obliterated highway billboards, and the giant uprooted trees and the others that were snapped into pieces. They were like that across the entire state!!!

When we got to Granny's, she was cooking a big Sunday meal for whoever was visiting her that day. She looked really healthy! We had peas, corn bread, roast beef, sweet potatoes, and more. It was delicious! We talked for quite a while as she fed us ice cream. When it was about time for us to leave, Alma, Jim, and Lisa showed up. I thought that she was Jennifer for a second, but was then relieved. We were just talking about Beth, because she was the only one who didn't call to see if Granny was OK after the storm. It would have sucked having to deal with them then. Lisa didn't recognize me for a second, because I have gotten so tall, and am so dark! Alma complimented me on my tan as well, and we were all talking about my life up at UF. They are FSU fans, but said that they would forgive me. Lisa has gotten pretty big herself. I was also surprised by Jim's similarities in appearance to Ross Perot!

I drove from Granny's, northwest to Ocala, and then all of the way to Gainesville. It was the first time I had ever driven his car anywhere but the interstate and I did pretty well once I was use to his breaks and steering. We went first to Wal Mart, and then to Albertson's. I knew that I was back in Gainesville because of some of the gorgeous girls. I was blatantly flirting with some as they stood with their guy friends! It was fun, especially when only the girl knew, and she would look back! I was very surprised to be one of the darkest people in the store. I know that I'll hear a lot about this tan. When we arrived on campus, Ed was here, and we all unloaded the car. I was surprised that he helped, and glad for his sake. there was a message from Emily for me to call her at some number after eight. At least she called.

Ed talked to Becky for a while, and we said hi through him. I told her that I saw The Crying Game and she was glad. I then called Emily. She had to call me back five minutes later, though. She was babysitting and was going to spend the night there because her house has had no power or water since Friday night. That sucks. She went to the beach once, and burnt her tummy! I mentioned my days at the beach, and she said that she can imagine how dark I am. She said that I got pretty dark after just one day out in the sun before Spring Break. It's cool that she noticed! She mentioned something about chemistry, and I quickly stopped her since there were still a few hours of Spring Break left.

One of the girls that she is babysitting had gone to a friends party whose birthday is on St. Patrick's Day. We tried to figure what day it is on, and then concluded on Wednesday. I told her that she'll have to wear green to Lab, or otherwise I'll have a field day!!! Both of our vices started getting low and sultry through this conversation, although we were laughing pretty hard at some of my jokes. She asked what would happen if she wore green underwear. I told her that she's still have to prove it, and she laughed. I said that I might end up having to wear a green Mardi gras necklace. She told me that I couldn't because that's cheesy, and that she'd pinch me anyway. It was pretty funny. I want to give her a big pinch on the ass no matter what!

March 7, 1993 - Sunday - Rebecca, Baseball

Well, it's now officially Spring Break! I'm here in my room alone waiting for my parents to arrive later this morning. It's just after twelve now. I probably could have gone home earlier, but I got some research for my toxic waste term paper done instead, and also am letting my family visit for the first time since back in August before school started. I would have rather been home earlier for Kimmeth, but oh well.

Chris and I helped Jon and Ed carry their stuff down to the car before they left. Leaving them with only one last trip, Chris and I went off in search of an open computer lab to print up some stuff. We both considered Ed lucky that we were helping him, because of the extreme stupidity he shows sometimes. CHris asked him about a week ago if he would help him carry his stuff down to his car. Ed essentially said no thanks, because he was watching TV. That really pissed Chris off, and me too. I remember back one time a long time ago when I just got back from Tampa, and asked if he wanted to help me. He said no, and didn't, although I had to make several trips by myself. It's fucking common courtesy to help other people. I have always done it for him. I almost have the urge to tell him next time to get off of his lazy spoiled ass and help, and if he doesn't, he'll be kissing all help from me goodbye.

Anyway, when Chris and I got home, we found that they had locked their door. I guess that I can understand for security reasons, but why would they do that all of the sudden after leaving it open all of Christmas? It really pissed the two of us off, because there were a few of our things in there that we hadn't gotten earlier. I also planned on listening to Ed's radio a bit. I was extremely pissed at the beginning, because I thought he had locked my new Eddie Money CD in his room, which I already told Kim that we would listen to. However, they had put it in my room, just thrown down on top of some computer diskettes. I really appreciate how he takes care of my stuff, throwing it where it could easily be scratched. We decided to get into their room.

We went downstairs and told them that they locked Chris' car key in their room, and we needed to get in. The Resident Advisor on call came down and unlocked the door. I knew we could get that far. I then pulled a very twisty trick. The girl recognized me obviously from the BEaty functions that I went to all of the time last semester, which instilled some trust in her of me. I first asked her about the legality of my entire family coming up and spending the night. She said that it's not really supposed to happen, but there would be no problem now. I then expressed my frustration that the idiots locked the door because I might need the room for my family to sleep. She asked if I would like her to leave it open, and I said yes!!! I then said that I could even have them lock it back up before I leave, and she agreed. I was really surprised and proud of myself. Since neither of us live there, I knew that they wouldn't leave the door open for us! But things worked out nicely!

Ed has seemed to take a sudden extreme liking for Rebecca lately. She has an awesome personality, but not that great of a body or face. This was strongly reasserted by Chris, but I like her. It's also a big turn on that she's a Tri Delt. I think Ed will think that he's a big shot if he can snatch a sorority girl. The other day Chris was joking around saying that he is surprised that Ed introduced her to me, after what I did with Valerie. I don't think I'd do that again, like I left Heidi completely alone. But I found Rebecca entirely on my own, at about the same time he did. To me, that makes her fair game for me as well. Ed brought her over Thursday night. Cecil and the rest of us were all here. We all talked rather obnoxiously for a long time. She hung out over near me and we talked quite a bit. She and I, both fans of David Letterman, watched him together for a little bit, while the other talked amongst themselves. We all had a pretty cool time.

Whenever I answer the phone now, and it's her, I always call her by name, personalizing it, so she knows my voice really well now and we talk all of the time. She called today while only Chris and I were hear, and after we reopened their room, and wanted to get back a CD he had borrowed. I told her to go ahead and come over. I decide to take it down to her. I threw on my little blue swim trunks, and my black tank top, and got into the elevator. It stopped on the fifth floor. There was a large group of people coming in, including Ally and Nicole!!! She came in and we talked for a few minutes. She looks much better, thinner, but her face seemed a bit broken out. I felt pretty crappy for a few minutes after seeing her so unexpectedly. Bitch.

I went back upstairs right away, not seeing Rebecca. She popped into the room later and walked in. She didn't have any makeup on, and was wearing some pretty bummy clothes. I was shocked that a Tri Delt was aloud to walk around campus looking like that. She does have nice legs,a nd was showing them off a bit with very short jean shorts. She stayed over and the three of us talked for quite a long time. When she found out that I was still going to be here Saturday night, she invited me to come with her father, and brother, Jason, to a baseball game. She told me where they were sitting. It was a game between UF and FSU, and students get in free. I showed up at 6:30. They came in pretty soon later. Just from the size of the place, I thought that I might not even find them, and figured I'd just enjoy the game for a while. I met her father and brother, and we walked towards the center to get seats. Her father was very generous with food, but I graciously declined.

I walked down with her to the concession stand to begin with, just so her father could see us walking around together. We joked around and talked a lot during the came. I had a blast. Even though we lost, the came was pretty good, too. It was also cold. They have some awesome sound effects that they play throughout the came whenever somebody get's a hit, or when a pitcher gets replaced, or something like that. It was really funny. We somehow began talking once about Ed being spoiled. She actually brought up the word first! She said that it bothers her, and she rags on him all of the time about it. The other day after they went to a performance of some sort, all dressed up, he drove with her back to Beaty. It was a cold night, and she was wearing a pretty nice dress. Once they got out of the car, he pretty much said goodnight. That freaked her out, and me too. She lives in Broward across the street and wasn't even going to walk her home, or ideally drive her home!!! He later had some fucking lame ass excuse about the fact that he wasn't thinking, No shit! why is he acting so stupid?

She did say how much that really bothered her, though. We also talked about some other stuff. I talked to her father at the end, telling him it was nice meeting them, and all. It was touchy when both Rebecca and Jason would both leave. We didn't know what to say to each other. He asked me once what my major is, and I said pre-med, going for the impression. He asked me if I were going to the basketball game today, and I said no, because my parents were coming to pick me up, and we'd be going back to Tampa in the middle of the day. Since they live in North Reddington Beach, really close to Tampa, I had to slip that in. He asked me about living there, and I asked about him living in Texas, which I picked up earlier. He said that Rebecca was born in Wisconsin, however where they lived for five years. They moved to Florida when she was one, so I concluded that she is essentially a native, and he agreed. It was cool that we were on talking terms by the end of the evening. Even though it had nothing to do with that, it reminded me a lot of meeting a girlfriend's parents for the first time. I wished her a safe and fun Spring Break, and she thought that was sweet, and both she and her father said bye as we parted. It was a pretty cool evening!!!

March 3, 1993 - Wednesday - Kimmeth, Emily

What an interesting start to the new month. I am finally making long lasting female friends. Jennifer was talking at me today, and I was just standing there looking at her, thinking about how we first met. She seems to be an entirely different person than the one I met on the stairwell in Dauer Hall at drop/add. I think she's getting skinnier. Anyway, I was sort of persuaded to do my oral midterm with Noel. It'll be the first time it's not with a girl. I just didn't react fast enough when Elaine said to pair up. I had my eye on Kimberly, but she wanted to wait for Annette who wasn't there that day. It does seem that Jennifer and I have been getting a bit closer lately. We talk all of the time now before class, and while we walk after class with Noel.

For a long while, she would usually keep pace with him, and I would sort of walk around them looking at girls and talking to them at the same time. Today she walked up front with me while Noel tagged along behind. It was funny. We had a chapter test today, and she and I finished at the same time. We were talking for a while outside about the test and stuff, and about Spring Break. She was ready to walk off with me, but I decided to wait for Noel so that we could decide on our oral. Anyway, I've been using Ft. Lauderdale as the place where I might be visiting during Spring Break. That was entirely in Kim's interest, or more realistically, in my interest of Kim! When I told her I might be there, she seemed a little surprised and said that if I go, I definitely need to call her in South Boca, which is only twenty minutes north. She then gave me her phone number: 395-8420. I felt a little bit special about that one.

I turned my attention to Christina as soon as she came in. She actually wore shorts today. She usually doesn't because she says that she doesn't like her legs. I was astonished!!!, because she has perfect gorgeous legs that are almost darker than mine!!! We joked around a little bit, and then studied together for a few minutes. The whole time, Jennifer kept trying to get my attention back! She pulled stuff like, `I'm bored!' trying to get me to talk with her, but I nicely turned my attention back to beautiful!

I was also talking to Fran‡oise outside of class today. I sat in between her and Christina the other day and had a pretty good time. She asked me if I'd be in Clearwater, and when I said yes, she said that maybe she'll see me. I mentioned again about going possibly to Ft. Lauderdale, and she said that if I do, I'll have to give her a call so that I can use her family's boat to crash in!!!!! That would be too awesome! She then gave me her phone number down in Clearwater, and her dorm number: 785-2515, 334-7548. She was also proud of me for spelling her last name right. It's Hoasch. Imagine taking Kim to her homeland in Ft. Lauderdale, sleeping in a boat in a marina, and partying like mad!!! Noel said that I'd have to give him a call in Miami, and he'd come and visit as well.

I still hadn't talked to Kimmeth yet, although I tried calling her a couple of times. Nobody was home twice, and then I had the honor of talking to her mother, and Dan once each. I didn't even know if she'd be in Tampa that week, or if she'd be working since she was supposed to get `unseasoned' from the florist shop after Valentine's Day.

Jon, Ed, and I went biking throughout Gainesville on Thursday. We were gone for almost three hours, and rode at least ten miles. We rode around on campus before heading off across the street to try and find a lake. We kept racing down the paved roads, and finally took a dirt road through a forest to a lake. It was pretty nice. We were then riding along the agricultural division of the University past all of the horses and cows. We also went riding on a bike trail through some serious forest. We popped out on a main highway. It looked pretty cool, so after buying Pepsi's from a machine at a laundromat, we headed down the highway. My goal is to go as far as you can until you're exhausted, and then go back just as hard. That's a workout. I actually kept up pretty well and didn't get that tired. When we were finally way out in the boonies, we went through some more forest trails which ended up on a dirt road that we took back to the highway. We were really getting the back woods tour of Gainesville! We then took a major road all of the way back to campus. It was a pretty fun little trip.

The Beaty Commons finally got its two pool tables resurfaced this weekend. Harry had a lot to do with it, and he did a damn good job choosing what new things to buy. He bought two sets of really nice new balls, sticks, chalk, and table brushes. Ed and I were going to go to Happy Hour downtown to play on Friday night, but I decided that we should check on Beaty's tables first. They wanted them finished by Saturday because of a little tournament they were having. One of the tables were ready, and we were the first to break them in! It was pretty cool. The guy was resurfacing the other and talking to us while we were there. He showed us some pretty cool shots, and taught me how to bridge the stick in a way that helped me out a lot! That was one of my major problems and I thank him a lot.

In all of my life, I played Emily for half a game, Ed a couple of times a long time ago, and with Jennifer Adams once back in Tampa. So literally I am very inexperienced. Ed has been playing with his Heidi for a while. We played many games, and he beat me every time, unless he scratched the eight ball. I did, however, get progressively better throughout the night, mimicking his skills and practicing until I could copy them pretty well. I started getting to the point where I only left a couple of balls on the table at the end of a game. On Saturday, we both somehow ended in the tournament, which ended up being only four people because of bad publicity. The other two were girls. I snagged the cuter one to play. Her name is Jackee and is pretty nice. I whipped her ass, but then scratched on the eight ball and lost!!! It really sucked. I then beat the other girl, Riena, in my first legitimate win. I thanked Ed for teaching me the soft shot.

I then played Ed for the title, and he rightfully won. We brought the poster that counted down the winners up with us and hung it in his room. I can officially brag that I won second place in the Beaty Towers Pool Tournament if I need to. I then went and laid out. Later I met a guy that Ed knows named Scott. I played him until three in the morning and was almost beating him towards the end. He's somewhat better than Ed and I was happy when I would make him worry that he might lose. He taught me some good tricks, such as increasing my follow through when breaking.

I laid out all day Sunday and burnt beat red. It was my first real burn of the year! There were gorgeous girls out there everywhere and I talked to Shannon for a few minutes. She was laying out later in a tiny bikini. She has a very innocent and sensuous body that is perfect!!! I was very impressed. Ed and I later played some more pool. We really like it because you don't have to pay two dollars an hour for the table. The last game we played, I legitimately beat him, and was very happy! We saw Tama in the elevator and I talked to her. She's going to the fucking Bahamas for Spring Break! Worthless bitch!!! Oh yeah, I saw the girl from Mardi Gras the other day on her bright orange neon bike. She's even cuter now than she was then. We said hi to each other as she rode by. That was funny, and the guys thought it was pretty cool.

I just got off the phone with a girl named Kelly from USF. She's a friend of Karen's, who was running around down there while we were on the phone. She talked to me and asked me a lot about myself. We actually started having a pretty cool conversation after a few minutes, and it lasted for over half an hour. It was pretty funny. She's a microbiology senior who lives in the same dorm that Karen does. We were joking about languages, she took Spanish for two semesters and knows about as much as I do. She's from New Port Richey and her phone number there is: 974-8843. She said that she and Karen might be coming up on the 20th. It was funny because she'd be asking me a question, and Karen would answer it, and Kelly got `mad' at her and we were joking about it. It was a pretty weird phone call, considering she has never met any of us, and considering that she has to pay for it...

I went to Chemistry yesterday morning. I sat in the back, to escape if Emily didn't show up. I was about ready to go, when she finally came in. She stopped next to me and chided me into going down to the front with her while Bernal was lecturing, and everybody was watching. It was funny. We joked around quite a bit. She asked me what I'd be doing before the test tonight. I said that I'd probably be studying at home, and told her to drop by. We decided on three, and that's exactly when she showed up at the door. She did some of the problem sets and I didn't really do much but look at her. She was wearing a white undershirt and sweatpants, two of my favorite things. We studied in my room for a little while when Jon was being too noisy. I asked myself rhetorically once what I needed to do. At that instant she said, `Fuck!' because a problem was confusing her. I pretended that was her answer, and said that I know I need to, but I think the test is more important right now! She really liked that and had to tell Jon and Ed what I said. It was very funny! I made popcorn for a snack, and supplied the Pepsi's for our caffeine high before we left.

I'm not really sure how easy the test was, but halfway through I realized that we left our homework books in my room. I finished early and left to get them. I then waited for her outside of the test room. There was this pretty cute girl out there waiting as well. I sat around the corner from her in the hall, and she moved around towards me almost instantly. She really looked like she wanted to talk to me, so I started a conversation. She's actually pretty smart, doing very well on the first test. We talked for a long time. I'd really like to find her in class. I was a bit cold on the first trip home, so I brought my new leather/jean jacket to lend to Emily. I was surprised that she actually wore it, and exclaimed how warm it is.

We played pool for a little while. She beat me every time of course, but I started having very few balls towards the end and had some very good runs that she complimented me on. We then went back upstairs and wrote up our labs before she went off to play pool for money at Players.

I then called Kimmeth. She was about ready to call me herself. She doesn't have a job right now and will be free all next week!!! She wanted me home as early as possible! I ended up talking to her for almost two hours about all kinds of things!!! It was quite a bit of fun.
