Kumba.
I just got home from a dinner date with the all wonderful Kimmeth. We went to a place called Ruby Tuesdays inside of University Mall. She called me at six, and we talked for a few minutes. I had just been outside working on my car. She got a call on the seconf line and told me that she had to go. She did tell me that the guy at her work, Phil, finally asked her out. She said he sent her a vase with three roses. She said that they plan on taking a little canoe trip, and he kept calling her asking to go out tonight. I told her that I had planned on going to Jenny's and buying her a boquet to say goodbye. She said that I still could, and I could outdo him. She said that everybody at the shop saw the flowers and kept asking her if she wis going to go out with him. She said that it would be even better seeing the response from flowers sent by her `younger one.'
I decided to take a trip over to Jenny's after she hung up on me. When I finally found it, I discovered that they closed at 5:30. I also saw that they opened at 7:30 tomorrow morning, which would be on the way to work. I then stopped by Office Depot and bought Cathy a birthday present.
When I got home Kim had called back, and wanted me to call her. When I did she told me that she talked to Stewart for the first time in years! He was in some kind of accident that cause him to need partial face reconstruction. A judge felt for him and gave him a break on his tax evasion charges, which are very big in England and are the reason why he was in the U.S. in the first place. A convict window washer! She was happy. She then told me that she was worried that I was mad at her for having to hang up on me so suddenly. I told her that I could never be angry with her. She then said that she was very surprised to find out that I had gone out! When I told her that I went to Jenny's, she thought it was really sweet despite the fact that it was closed.
She told me again about Phil calling her. She said that she couldn't do anything with him because she was going out to eat and play pool with me tonight! I asked her if that was true, and fortunately it was! We talked for quite a while before I finally left to go to her house. She hasn't done laundry in a while and wore shorts and sandals. I knew she might do that so I pulled off my button-up shirt leaving my navy T-shirt with my sleeves rolled up. She got to see my new glasses for the first time.
She had a Caesar Salad and I had chicken fingers. We shared our food, as usual. We had a really good time. They had a funny little advertisement that told why people should eat there at Ruby Tuesdays. I told her to read them but pertain them to sex. It was hilarious. We had a blast. She also told me to add, `...with sex!' to the end of any fortune cookie saying for some good laughs. It was funny. We ended up being too tired to play pool.
